Varrone was born from Massimo Minutelli's passion and inspiration during a trip to Spain from the brilliant Asador Etxebarri. The first restaurant opened in Lucca, then followed by Milan. Places sincerely dedicated to good food, raw materials and their presentation in a menu that does not wink at trends, but rather at the passions of its creator.
