Since 2015 the Gli Orti del Belvedere restaurant has believed in cuisine in harmony with nature that supports small local producers. Fish and vegetables by vocation according to the rhythm marked by the seasons. Traditional recipes inspire it by choosing natural products, organic and biodynamic, whenever possible. The goal is to preserve the organoleptic and healthy properties of the ingredients, enhancing their flavours. Fresh fish, purchased daily, almost always comes from our seas. The catch is chosen based on origin and method of capture to promote sustainable fishing. Seasonal vegetables, grown in Italy and possibly organic. The fresh pasta is homemade, respecting the Italian tradition. The True Artisan Pasta that is offered comes from the award-winning Pastificio Vicidomini.
