Marea is a modern place, not a restaurant and cocktail bar; it is a hybrid, as we would say today, "gender fluid". Open from 6 pm to 2 am; it can cover the aperitif, dinner consisting of a menu divided into the low and high tide, desserts and, after dinner, our signature cocktails. Creativity, love, respect for authentic flavours and care for others are the most essential ingredients that Filippo Martinelli inherited from his family, in addition to the hundreds of recipes handwritten by his grandparents, a precious memory of inestimable value. A knowledge that today takes shape in the chef's creations for Marea, giving new life to this beloved tradition and projecting it into the future through research, intuition and innovation.
